If you miss a dose, don’t worry! Just take it as soon as you realise, and then carry on with your normal daily routine. We don't recommend taking a double dose to make up for the missing supplements.

Don't be alarmed! This is caused by the water-soluble vitamins and is a sign that your nutrients are being absorbed effectively! This is how you know that the Vitamin B2 known as Riboflavin is really working. There is nothing to worry about, and if you drink plenty of water the colour of your urine will decrease in saturation

It's natural to want to see results straight away. Everybody's biochemistry is unique, so the length of time for seeing the benefits of your supplements will differ from person to person.
