Jeremy is a microbiologist and immunologist with over 18 years experience, his studies show how the body is affected by probiotics and their impact on our health. Jeremy holds the Chair in Human Microbiome and Probiotics at the Lawson Health Research Institute, his work focuses on the role of the microbiome and the health regulation of probiotics, prebiotics and xenobiotic metabolism of ingested supplements.
